Recently repainted Class 50 No. 50049 Defiance is pictured at Gloucester on 24th August 2024, in the consist of the Pathfinder Railtours 'Grampian Highlander' charter to Aberdeen. Together with classmate No. 50007, the pair had just taken over from Class 66/3 No. 66309 which had worked the train north from Taunton.
