Locomotive Services Ltd's 'Peak' BR Class 45, 45118 'The Royal Artilleryman' makes light work of the Lickey Incline at Vigo with load seven and a Class 47 (47810) on the rear making it's main line Tour debut working Intercity Tours 'The Diamond Jubilee Express' 07:03 Bristol Temple Meads to York.
Originally booked to work solo. as the 45 had issues the day before on the ecs working, 47810 was added as insurance, it was pleasing however to have the 45 doing all the work up the bank with the 47 just ticking over on the rear on 27th July 2024.
