The Bakerloo Line uses LU stock that is over 50 years old and suffering from increased repair costs and should be up for replacement after the Piccadilly Line Siemens stock comes off the production line. At Harrow and Wealdstone on 30th May 2024 Unit 3531 draws into the station before seeking a short respite in sidings just north of the station while it intertwines its use with London Overground services from Watford Junction into Platform 2.
