Locomotive services Class 43 powers cars No. 43055 and 43047 work the Midland Pullman through Nappa on 18th April 2024 with the 15.21 Carlisle - Wolverhampton returning railtour. The outward leg also operated via the S&C but the return was routed via the Cumbrian Coast but had to be rerouted due to the ongoing closure due to issues at Grange over Sands.
