Preserved Class 86/2 No. E3137/86259 Peter Pan/Less Ross stabled in York Holgate Sidings on 20th March 2024, having been replaced by LMS Black Five 4-6-0 No. 44871 and Class 47 No. 47815 for the York to Whitby section of the Rail Touring Company Promoted Whitby Flyer excursion. The Class 86 operated to and from London King's Cross.
