On 27th February 2024 Colas Rail Class 43 Power Cars No. 43277 'Safety Task Force', in Colas/NR livery, and No. 43257, in LNER livery with Colas branding, worked light engines on the 09:13 Derby RTC to Coleshill, Barton under Needwood, Bushbury, Crewe, and return to Derby RTC movements, and are seen after unusually reversing at Central Rivers siding.
