On 24th February 2024 Freightliner Class 66/6 No. 66602 experienced problems at Watford Junction when hauling the 13:15 Stewarts Lane to Tunstead working which was terminated at Bletchley. on the following day the working was rescued by Freightliner Class 66/4 No. 66416 rescheduled as the 10:10 Northampton to Tunstead empty aggregate wagons which is seen at Rugeley with the errant No. 66602 dead-in-train.
