Passing through Whittlesea station on 27th January 2024 is a Network Rail test train with DVT No. 9707 leading and Class 47 No. 47712 Lady Diana Spencer providing power at the rear. The combination is working a Crewe to Norwich route via Kings Lynn and Felixstowe.
