On an overcast day, the 0854 Chesterfield to Skegness summer dated service accelerates away from Retford on 3rd July 1982 with Class 31/1 No. 31116 in charge. Withdrawn in 1995 No. 31116 was diposed of by TJ Thomson, Stockton in 2003.
