A 1960s Queensland Rail 1720-Class diesel locomotive 1774 at Kuranda, a rainforest town in Trpoical North Queensland on 17th September 2023. These Cape Gauge locos, originally built for Brisbane commuter services are now used on the Kuranda Scenic Railway tourist line from Cairns and on infrastrucutre trains.
