On the evening of 6th July 1979, Class 33 No. 33035 draws away from Woking with the 17:00 London Waterloo to Exeter St David's. In the west end siding is classmate No. 33016 and, alongside, is Class 423 (4VEP) No. 7735 on a stopping service to Bournemouth.
