The first named LNER Azuma EMU No. 801228 'Century' commemorates the 100 years of the LNER, (a small plaque at both ends), and passes Eaton Lane Retford on 24th May 2023 with the 09:30 London King's Cross to Edinburgh service. Note the wave shape under the window in a light brown colour rather than the expected grey. The large name, at the other end of the set, encloses a photographic montage that includes images of Flying Scotsman and Mallard.
