Sydney Class F Trams were built from 1900 and were the first electric bogie cars. Most Type F trams were modified later in their lives, but No. 393, seen at the Sydney Tramway Museum on 19th April 2023, survived as a training vehicle. In front on No. 393 is a Counterweight dummy from 1903 that was part of the system used to allow trams to work on a 1 in 8.3 gradient.
