Class C No. C10 broad gauge 2-8-0 was built in 1922 by Newport Workshops, and at the time was the most powerful steam locomotive class in Australia. No. C10 was converted to oil-burning in 1946 and lasted until 1962, and is seen at the Newport Railway Museum, Melbourne Australia, on 11th April 2023.
