LMS 'Jubilee' No. 45690 Leander gets into its stride through Layton, shortly after leaving Blackpool North with the 'Great Britain XV' tour on 21st April 2023. Day 7 of the tour see's the train heading cross-country to Scarborough. This leg was to be double-headed with classmate No. 45699 Galatea, but the latter was failed at Preston (hot box) while working the ECS from Carnforth.
