NR DBSO No. 9701 leads an infrastructure monitoring train as it approaches Selly Oak in south Birmingham on 9th April 2023. Colas Rail Class 37 No. 37175 was on the rear. In the background is Queen Elizabeth Hospital and in the foreground on the left hand rail is a perilously perched pigeon.
