Locomotive services Midland Pullman HST with Class 43 powercars Nos. 43059 and 43055 pass Long Preston on 22nd February 2023 with a returning railtour from Potters Bar which had travelled via Cambridge and the ECML to Newcastle and the Tyne Valley line to Carlisle before heading over the Settle and Carlisle line to Leeds and Doncaster and then the outward route back to Potters Bar.
