An attempt has been made to clean otherwise filthy 66779 'Evening Star', seen here on the Tinsley Yard to Bardon Hill GBRf hoppers. To the left on the down slow line are Class 170s Nos. 170102 and 170621 working a diverted Stansted Airport to Birmingham New Street service. This service had been amended and diverted via the Midland Main Line due to a defective train blocking its normal route between Nuneaton and Coleshill. It eventually arrived at New Street some 65 minutes late.
