On 14th January 2023, Class 37/4 No. 37418 sits on the blocks at Paddington, having arrived on the Branchline excursion from Stratford upon Avon, the tour originally starting in Derby. The train was 'topped and tailed' with Class 50 No. 50008 Thunderer, which was beginning to run short of fuel, so the train later reversed at Hanwell Bridge Sidings, and the Class 37 headed the service back to Derby.
