A rare opportunity to photograph a locomotive working on the Wharfedale line occurred on 5th November 2022, when DRS Class 37 No. 37401 Mary Queen of Scots and No. 37419 Carl Haviland operated the 11.40 Hebden Bridge - Ilkley RHTT working. The two filthy locomotives are seen passing through Menston en route to Ilkley.
