For many months the freight line from Burton on Trent to Moira has been closed, due to metal theft around Gresley Tunnel, but the line has now reopened and on 4th October 2022, Colas Rail Class 37/0 No. 37099 took the 07:15 infrastructure monitoring train from Derby RTC through Moira to Knighton Junction, and then returned to Derby. DBSO No. 9701 was on the rear of the train, which continued to Crewe.
