NELPG-operated LNER J27 0-6-0 No. 65894 and LNER Q6 0-8-0 No. 63395 stand outside the main running shed at Grosmont (NYMR) on 3rd May 2022. The final preparations have just been completed for the Q6 ahead of it pulling the 12:30 service to Pickering. A warming fire will be lit in the J27 later that afternoon in readiness for a steam test the following day.
