On 24th January 2022, Hanson and Hall's Class 50 No. 50008 Thunderer made a light engine run from Kings Norton OT Plant Depot to Wolvercote Junction and return via the Cotswold Line. Both ways it made a small foray on to the start of the Long Marston branch at Honeybourne. It is seen amongst the buddleia as the crew change ends, having just arrived on the branch on the return run.
