To provide additional capacity on GNER services to York and Leeds, the company hired spare Eurostar Regional sets and applied the company livery to six units. Marketed as 'White Rose' services, Nos (37)3301 and (37)3302 approach Eaton Lane with the 08:10 King's Cross to Leeds working on 20th May 2005. The sets remained on hire for approximately five years.
