Inter-City railtours Devonian Double from Preston to Plymouth heads south past Moreton on Lugg with Locomotive Services Class 40 No. 40013 leading classmate 40145 on 30th October 2021. Both locos now carry their pre TOPS identities of Nos. D213 & D345 respectively.
