Brush Class 47/4 No. 47435 heads the 1550 York to King's Cross service at Riccall, north of Selby on 8th August 1980. The public still passes here as the track bed now carries the A19 trunk road, the line being closed between Challoners Whin Jnc. and Selby following the completion of the Selby diversion line in 1983.
