This footbridge used to cross the eastern end of Hounslow New Goods Yard as well as still crossing the Hounslow loop at 12m 72ch. This is why it is a lot wider than the double track Hounslow loop. The bridge was a product of the Exmouth Junction Concrete Works being erected in 1933. It is due to be demolished during a weekend possession on 24th - 25th April 2021, after 88 years.
