Class 47 No. 47853 heads through Dawlish Warren on 22nd August 1998 with the 08.40 Glasgow Central - Penzance service. The locomotive was one of the last to be used by Virgin Cross Country, became part of the DRS fleet and is now operated by Locomotive Services who have reinstated its previous number No. 47614.
