Class 55 Deltic No. 55003 Meld is seen at Haymarket Depot on 27th October 1980. The locomotive was working the 05.50 King's Cross - Aberdeen service but was low on fuel on arrival at Edinburgh and was despatched to Haymarket for a fuel top up before returning to its booked working.
