Class 47 No. 47833 Captain Peter Manisty RN heads through Shipley on 28th August 1993 with a London Victoria - Appleby VSOE charter. Wearing two tone green livery at the time, the original D1962 finished its career as No. 47788 in the Rail Express Systems fleet and was finally withdrawn in July 2000 and cut up a month later.
