Non boiler fitted Class 25/1 No. 25023 is seen on it's home depot, Eastfield MPD Glasgow, on 2nd April 1978 looking like it has had a recent works visit and repaint. New to Thornaby MPD, Yorkshire in March 1962 No. 25023 arrived in Scotland during February 1976 being allocated to Eastfield. She was transferred across to Haymarket MPD, Edinburgh during January 1980 from where she was withdrawn in September the same year. No. 25023 was subsequently towed to Swindon Works in February 1981 and had been broken up by the end March 1983.
