An on-going steam shortage at Swanage led to "The Purbeckman" Wednesday lunch train being diesel hauled on June 5th 2019. BR Class 33 No. 33111 passes the shed at Swanage on the approach to Platform 1 with the return working of the second of the two round trips. On shed undergoing maintenance is SR Bulleid Battle of Britain Pacific No. 34072 "257 Squadron"
