Classic BNSF power from the 1960s lead a corn syrup train heading southbound across Iowa and Missouri in the late afternoon of 28th August 2018. BNSF 2034 and 2008 have been refurbished with modern comforts such as cab air conditioning and a sharp repaint in BNSF colours. In the middle is GP38 number 2117 in the increasing rare Burlington Northern green colour scheme. This loco was new in February 1971 and delivered to the Frisco railroad which was acquired by Burlington Northern in 1980
