Preserved Jubilee 4-6-0 No. 45699 Galatea arrives at Carnforth 1 5th September 2018 with the 13.32 Carlisle - Euston returning Cumbrian Coast Express which it will hand over to Class 86259 Les Ross for the remainder of the journey. It was held outside the station to allow 8F No. 48151 to arrive from the Skipton line giving the sight of two steam hauled charters arriving at Carnforth within the space of five minutes.
