Departing Winchcombe with Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway's 13.10 Santa Special to Cheltenham Racecourse on 9th December 2017 is visiting GWR 4575 Class locomotive No. 5526. Built in May 1928 at Swindon Works, No. 5526 is based at Buckfastleigh with the South Devon Railway and is on loan for the winter.
