Running some 30 minutes late, from the effects of Storm Brian" BR Class 55 Deltic No. D9009 'Alycidon' passes Creech Bottom with "The Swanage Belle" on 21st October 2017. In a tour not without incident the train, longer than planned, caused major operational issues at Swanage leading to the cancellation of a service train. Another service train was delayed due to a brake problem on the Deltic, causing departure to be an hour later than planned.
