Andrew Barclay built Class 01 0-4-0DM No. D2953 is employed providing brake van rides at Peak Rails Rowsley South Station on 26th September 2009. No. D2953 spent 10 years on BR based at Stratford MPD London from January 1956 to June 1966, although most of her time would have been spent working in the East London Docks railway yards. After Industrial use in Essex No. D2953 passed into preservation in 1985.
