On the 23rd August 1982 Portuguese Railways (CP) Class 1930 No. 1940 passes slowly through Alverca Station, to the north east of Lisbon, with an engineering train. Visually very similar to the SNCF Alstom built Class 72000 diesels they were licence built in Portugal by Sorefame.
