BR Standard Class 4 No. 76079 is seen here passing Moorgates hauling the 14:30 Whitby to Pickering service with the lines Teak set on 3rd June 2017. Exactly 50 years since a meeting was held by people who were keen to re-open the line after it closed in 1965. Without this meeting the NYMR May not even exist for all to enjoy now.
