Class 76 No. 76056 is seen stripped of bogies and many other parts at Reddish Depot on 15th December 1979. Introduced in 1953 for the Manchester - Sheffield 1500v dc Woodhead route No. 76056 was withdrawn in June 1978 and languished at Reddish until March 1983 when it was cut up on site.
