Ruston & Hornsby Class 97/6 No. 97651 in BR green livery rests between duties at Radyr yard on 10th June 1980. Purpose built for departmental duties in 1959, the locomotives were similar to class 04 and based on the BR Western Region. Withdrawn in 1996, 97651 is preserved on the Swindon & Cricklade Railway.
