Diesel Gala Visiting DPS deltics Nos. 55009 Alycidon on the right & 55019 Royal Highland Fusiliers on the left pass. 55019 had failed earlier in the day and was postioned at the rear of the service train for testing purposes.
55009 was working the 15.30 service from Pickering to Grosmont.
