This used to be the unacceptable semi derelict site that greeted passengers at Manchester Victoria but it has now been transformed into a light and airy section in sharp contrast to the dingy remaining portion used by mainline services. Metrolink Trams Nos. 3008 & 3009 on a Bury-Altrincham service do brisk business on 13th February 2017
