The cars help to date the era of the photograph as a Talbot car is seen parked next to Class 26 No. 26035 and three Class 20s, including No. 20156 at Inverness station on 3rd April 1985. Talbot was subsequently acquired by Peugeot and the name disappeared. No. 26035 faired better and is now preserved.
