Class 60 No. 60006 Great Gable on a Hellifield-Carlisle mileage accumulation/crew training duty at Garsdale on 30th August 1990. In those days the chance of seeing a freight train on the S&C was nil during the rundown days preparing for its closure and GarsdaleSB was permanently swithched out.
