Six Talgo 350 power cars destined for the Haramain High speed line in Saudi Arabia await shipping on the dockside in Barcelona on 4th August 2016. Thirty Six sets have been ordered in total to operate atph between Medina and Makkah. The extreme heat and sandy environment in which they will run has necessitated a special reinforced sealing system and improved paint as well as a backup power supply to maintain cooling in the event of overhead supply failure.
