Mini snowplough fitted Class 20 No. 20127 is stabled on Ayr MPD on 18th May1986. The West Highland Terrier emblem on the body-side shows her home Depot to be Eastfield, Glasgow and is also carried by Class 37/0 No. 37117 in the background. New to Polmadie, Glasgow in July 1962 as Type 1 No. D8127 she has recently been fitted with a, as yet unpainted, high visibility headlight in place of one of her four headcode discs, although strangely the other three discs appear to be still in use. Fitted with extended range fuel tanks she was renumbered as Class 20/3 No. 20303 in January 1996 and is nowadays operated by Direct Rail Services although currently stored at Barrow Hill.
