A busy scene at Skipton Station North as Class 144 No. 144005 is about to reverse after operating 12.02 Leeds-Skipton on 19th July 1987. Note the steam age Watercranes still in existence on Platforms 3, 4 and the Down Goods. A scene now drastically different after the introduction of the Aire Valley Electrification.
