DRS Class 68s No. 68004 'Rapid' and No. 68016 'Fearless' work 'Top and Tail' on the 08:38 Heaton to Derby RTC test train, seen here passing Duffield on 14th January 2016. The Network Rail coaches included No. 975091 'Mentor' for testing the integrity of overhead equipment. The test train was supposed to have worked South of Doncaster on the ECML, but was sent direct to Derby apparently due to failure of measurement apparatus.
