Class 150/1 No. 150133 forming the leading set of the 06:52 York to Harrogate train became derailed on the points from the single line section approaching Knaresborough Tunnel before the station on 7th November 2015. No passengers were injured and they were escorted from the train by the fire service and railway staff. The image shows the incident being investigated by the RAIB.
